Simona Văleanu is the Executive Manager of X Architecture & Engineering, the architectural firm behind the developments of One United Properties. Sinziana has over 15 years of experience on the Romanian Real Estate market. Andrei has 15 years of experience on the Romanian real estate market. After seven years at Skanska Andrei has recently set up his own company, 4ENVIGO, offering engineering, procurement and construction management services for climate smart solutions as well as strategic advisory for sustainability action plans to be implemented – ESG agenda.

Roxana is a real estate professional with 20 years’ experience and demonstrated career of working in the commercial real estate, with a particular focus on retail.
She worked for international companies such as CBRE or JLL, and beginning with 2020, she has been appointed Head of Retail Leasing for the Romanian branch of AFI Europe, one of the leading real estate development, management and investment companies operating in Central and Eastern Europe since 1997.
In Romania AFI is a major player on the retail sector with a track-record such as AFI Cotroceni in Bucharest, the country’s largest shopping mall, AFI Brasov, AFI Ploiesti or AFI Arad. The entire retail portfolio managed by the company is approximately 170,000 sqm GLA.

Mircea has over 19 years experience in the hospitality industry at all levels – from hotel operations (JW Marriott Hotel and Tempo hotel) and hotel consulting (CBRE) to the government (Ministry of Tourism) and non-governmental association level (National Association of Travel Agencies). Alexandru Samoilă

Alexandru has over 15 years of relevant experience in project management, property development and project monitoring for a wide range of complex projects (office, residential, industrial, and retail). A graduate of Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, he worked for companies such as Dress & Sommer, BCR Real Estate Management, or NEPI Rockastle. Beginning with February 2022 he is the Managing Director of Vitalis Consulting.

At BREC REAL ESTATE ACADEMY, Despina will show you what Marketing & Communication activity means in real estate, with applied case studies on how to develop a reputable real estate brand and how to develop marketing strategies that actually sale the property assets and portfolios.
Who can register to BREC ACADEMY?
The program is dedicated to:
- University graduates or final years (3 or 4) – students who aim to build a real estate career
- Professionals already working in real estate or other sectors and aim to complete their knowledge with a round, 360 degrees approach, practical learning from some of the best professionals in the market. Real estate specialists from various segments, working for investments funds, banks, developers, brokerage companies or other segments can register for BREC ACADEMY.
Fees, Registration & Organization
- The program admission fee is 10.000 LEI + VAT paid in two instalments: 5.000 LEI + VAT by September 30th 2025, respectively by January 15th, 2026. For integral payment the applicable fee is 9.500 LEI + vat
- For those interested only in certain modules, not the entire program, the cost for one module is 2.000 LEI + VAT.
- The program duration is 9 months: The program starts in the Autumn of 2025 and will end in Spring 2026. The exact schedule will be announced following the closing of the registration process.
After program completion, participants will receive a Graduation Diploma from BUCHAREST REAL ESTATE CLUB.
