REAL ESTATE PREMIER LEAGUE, the campaign highlighting the biggest investors and developers active on the Romanian market, together with the largest projects under development in Bucharest & Regional Cities reaches now its third edition. The campaign is run once every two years to analyze the major shifts in the industry.

The data gathered from Cushman & Wakefield Echinox shows that the cumulative value of the top 10 investors on the Romanian real estate market reaches in 2025 a value of 16.3 billion Euro, as compared to 13.21 billion Euro in 2023.
