IMPACT Developer & Contractor celebrates three decades of active presence on the Romanian capital market in 2026. Founded in 1991 through a public subscription, IMPACT has undergone continuous evolution, from developing Romania’s first residential compound, a luxury villa community launched in 1995, to delivering another 13 villa developments, subsequently expanding into mid-rise multi-family residential projects, and today constructing high-rise and super high-rise mixed-use developments. Over its 35 years of activity, IMPACT has completed approximately 2,200 villas and 3,600 apartments, establishing itself as one of Romania’s most experienced residential developers.

In 1996, the company was listed on the Regulated Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) under the ticker symbol IMP. Its organizational and capital market maturity was further recognized in 2006, when it was promoted to the First Tier of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, followed by its advancement to the Premium Tier in 2015.
