Raiffeisen Property Holding International is the real estate competence centre of Raiffeisen Bank International, its main activity being the development and management of real estate projects in Central and Eastern European markets. In Romania, the company owns and manages two reference properties, SkyTower Building and FCC Office Building. 

SkyTower is the tallest building in Romania and the most iconic office building of Bucharest. The tower has 37 floors reaching a height of 137 metres above ground and 60 metres of underground structure, which host 5 floors of parking and storage spaces. All working spaces within SkyTower enjoy natural lighting and from 10 high-speed elevators reaching a maximum speed of 6 metres per second. SkyTower is the first and currently only building in Romania certified with LEED Platinum for Building Operations & Maintenance. 

Since its completion in December 2012, SkyTower has become a city landmark, reshaping the skyline of the new Central Business District in northern Bucharest.
