From our beginnings to today, The Concept team has managed the sales of over 70 residential complexes, surpassing the threshold of 4,000 apartments sold. The company came to life in 2011, and step by step, we have grown into one of the leaders in the Romanian real estate services market, providing integrated solutions in Marketing, Sales, Consultancy, PR, Social Media, and Market Research for some of the most important developers and investors in the real estate market.

In November 2021, we launched our latest media project – The Concept Podcast, where current topics are discussed alongside industry professionals and more. Today, both the Daniel Tudor YouTube channel and the related social media channels of The Concept are top-of-mind brands when it comes to real estate sales, education, and know-how dedicated to the real estate niche. This initiative supports The Concept’s mission of raising the standard of real estate services.
